My Profile

When you log into the Portal for the first time, the My Profile section will be displayed with your personal information. From here, you can view your personal information.

To update your information, click the ‘Edit’ button located on the right side of the screen. Your passwords can also be updated here.

Please note that to change the following information, you will need to contact Customer Service or use the ‘My Apprentice Inquiries’ feature on the Portal.

• Full Legal Name
• Date of Birth
• Email Address

Youth train in trades and work in trades information

To see your program information and progress, navigate to My Apprenticeship, located on the left-hand side of the screen.

This will show you a drop-down menu of all the Dual Credit and Apprenticeship programs you are registered in.

This section provides an overview of the program you are taking, the school district you are registered with, when you started the program, as well as your last activity date.

To generate a transcript for your Youth Train in Trades program, click the ‘View Transcript’ button located under ‘Last Activity Date’.

Check your Course or Exam Results in the section below the overview once you have completed your program.

Note that it can take up to 30 days from the date you completed your program for course results to appear and 10-15 business days for exam results to be posted as well.

For apprentices in the Youth Work in Trades program, your work-based training hours are shown below the overview as well as a breakdown of all the hours submitted by your sponsor in the table.
