Customer Service

You DO NOT need to have an account with us to view our Customer Service contact information. On the SkilledTradesBC Portal Sign In page, click onto Contact Us at the bottom of the page. If you have an account with us, you can find the Contact Us button at the bottom of all pages.

To view your Apprenticeship Advisor, you would need to log into the portal account. Login using your email address and password.

On the Profile Summary page, click on Contact Advisor.

You may find Customer Service contact information on the page. Your Apprenticeship Advisor’s name, phone number and email address are listed on the right.
