Sponsors can follow the steps below to review an apprentice’s apprenticeship registration request in the SkilledTradesBC portal. Sponsors have 30 days to review the registration.

Navigate to the Online Registrations.

Apprentice’s registration request can be viewed under the Active Online registrations table.

The registration Status Reason is Pending Sponsor Review.

Click on the “Eye” icon to view the details.

Review the registration details.

Sponsors may Approve or Reject the Registration.

Complete the Sponsor Attestation.

Some registrations may require SkilledTradesBC review.

Upon submission, the Status Reason changes to Pending SkilledTradesBC Review.

Upon SkilledTradesBC review, the registration appears under the Processed Online Registration table.
