Once sponsors submit the Online Registration for an apprentice, the registration is sent to the apprentice for review. Apprentices have 30 days to review the registration.

Navigate to the Online Registration section in the SkilledTradesBC portal.

The registration request appears under the Active Online Registrations table.

The Status Reason for the request is Pending Apprentice Review.

Click on the “Eye” icon to view the details.

Review the registration Details.

Complete the Apprentice Attestation.

Apprentices can Approve or Reject the registration.

Upon apprentice review, some registrations may need SkilledTradesBC review. The status reason changes to Pending SkilledTradesBC Review.

The registration request can be viewed under the Processed Online Registrations table upon SkilledTradesBC review and approval.
