If the hour report period dates overlap partially or in full of a previous report of hours submitted for the same company, an overlap error or warning is displayed.

While submitting WBT hours, warnings do not prevent the user from submitting the hours report; rather, they are given a heads-up prompting to double-check the information.

If the user is certain that the details are correct, they may submit the hours when a warning is displayed by acknowledging that the submission is accurate.

If an error is detected, users need to edit the entry before submitting the hours.
